1. The data controller

2. Contact
In the contact form, we process name, e-mail address, optionally company name, area of interest and message in order to answer the inquiry and prepare the consultation. The legal basis is the consent of the data subject, which can be revoked at any time. We keep the data for a maximum of 12 months after the end of the request, unless further processing is required due to a contract or legal obligation.
3. Cookie-free page counter
The system stores total views by day, language and page. It does not use cookies, IP addresses or unique visitor IDs. Its purpose is the basic measurement of the operation and use of the website.
4. Technical request log
For security, debugging, and analysis purposes, we log request time and ID, raw IP address and proxied connection data, full URI and query, full referring URL, HTTP status, and non-sensitive technical browser headers. The log does not contain cookies, credentials, API keys, form content, or request body. The legal basis is the data controller's legitimate interest in the safe operation of the service and the detection of errors. The log is stored outside the public webroot with limited access for up to 180 days.
5. Google Analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after express acceptance. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. The system uses Consent Mode v2; storage for advertising purposes remains prohibited. The consent can be modified or revoked at any time in the Measurement settings section of the footer. When rejected, Google's measurement code is not loaded.
6. Recipients and data processors
Personal data can only be accessed by OrigSmart employees who are authorized according to their duties, as well as data processors involved in storage, mail or analytical services as necessary. Additional data processors of the given client project are specified in the contract and the data processing agreement.
7. Rights of the data subject
The data subject may request access, correction, deletion, limitation of data processing, data portability, may object to data processing based on legitimate interests, and may withdraw consent at any time. You can submit your request at info@origsmart.com. Complaints can be made to the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority, or legal remedies can be requested.
8. Data security and changes
The data controller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures, including access restrictions, encrypted data connection and separate storage of logs. In the event of a material change to the prospectus, the new version and its effective date will be displayed on this page.
